Services

Prenatal support services include coaching conversations for your prenatal visits with your providers, including Q&A's, FAQ's, expectations and visitation calendars. Prenatal support services also include birthing plan creation or review, weekly consultations, and child birth preparation.

Labor & Delivery includes in-person support when in active labor, exercises to induce labor, and full support during the delivery. Initiation of breastfeeding and stabilization of mother & baby during the delivery phase and two hours postpartum.

Postpartum support includes assistance with breastfeeding technique, positioning, & continued childbirth education.  Your birthing worker also provides comfort care measures & continued family-centered care.

Breastfeeding support includes continued assistance with:

-latching

-positioning

-technique

-pumping

-virtual and or in-person support breastfeeding classes offered by a certified breastfeeding counselor.
